Welcome to Celebrate Recovery
at The Vineyard Church!
We are a purpose driven recovery program based on the eight principles from the Beatitudes. Began in 1991 by Pastor John Baker, a recovering alcoholic, who saw the need to put Christ back into the center of breaking addictions. For example, AA began as a deeply spiritual program, Celebrate Recovery is a return to Christ -centered recovery.
Everyone struggles with addiction somehow...it's called sin and it's when we try to fill the voids and meet the needs in our lives by some means other than GOD. Some of us eat too much, spend too much, watch too much TV, escape into the computer, get into weird relationships, drink too much, or take drugs to numb the pain.
No matter what your hurts, habits, or hang ups may be there is hope! Celebrate Recovery offers a safe, welcoming, grace filled, Christ-centered fellowship. At Celebrate Recovery you will find many who are dealing with struggles similar to your own. You will also find a group of men and women who share your desire to be made whole through the grace of God.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY SMALL GROUPS CAN:

Provide you a safe place to share your experiences, strengths and hopes with others who are going through
the "Principles" in a Christ-Centered recovery.

Provide you a leader who has gone through a similar hurt, hang-up or habit that will facilitate the group as it focuses
on a particular Step each week. The leader will also keep Celebrate Recovery's " FIVE RULES ."

Provide you with the opportunity to find an accountability partner or sponsor.

Encourage you to attend other recovery meetings held throughout the week, if available.
